"Booking was fine, but support was definitely slow"
Booking itself was totally okay, no major issues there. But the support was slow, like unbelievably slow for what I expected. I’m absolutely sure the experience would’ve felt way better if they had responded faster.

"Nice place, maybe just not my vibe"
The decor is really nice and definitely has a fancy feel to it. Maybe it’s just me, but the overall vibe felt a little too much for what I was looking for.

"Good drinks, but dinner dragged a bit"
I liked the bar and the drinks were good, but dinner took way longer than I expected and by the time the food finally came out it just felt a little overpriced for what it was, even though the staff was friendly enough and I didn’t have a bad time, it just wasn’t really a five-star kind of night.

"I had a really nice stay here..."
I had a really nice stay here. The room was comfortable, and the pool was definitely one of the highlights. I also used the gym and spa, and both were solid. Compared with some other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area, this one felt better kept and a bit more relaxing overall.

I had a really pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, well kept, and felt comfortable, which I really appreciated. There was just one small maintenance thing I noticed, but nothing that took away from the positive experience

"Am I the only one who..."
Am I the only one who thinks this spot is rough if you don’t have a car? Getting around was a hassle, and paying for rides everywhere added up way faster than I expected. There also wasn’t much nearby that felt easy to walk to. The stay itself might be fine for drivers, but for me the access issue was enough that I wouldn’t book here again.

I booked through trumphotels.com and overall had a really good stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt well kept. I noticed the usual pattern with hotels in great locations: the price climbs fast, but the service and convenience did make it feel mostly justified. It definitely wasn't a bargain, but I also didn't walk away feeling like I overpaid badly. I'd probably stay again if I caught a decent rate.
